Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
Return Process:
- The customer must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- The returned goods must be in their original, unused condition, and we will process a full refund within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
Exemptions:
Some products cannot be returned, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Liability for Defective Products

Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, the customer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees in Turkey. All disputes will be governed by Turkish laws and resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
